Just as the Third Hokage and Namikaze Minato stared at each other in the Hokage's Office.
Outside Konoha, the young Hyuga Kagami asked curiously, "By the way, why did you travel back here? Did something go wrong in the future?"
"It's not a major problem. I'm just hunting down an annoying bastard." As he spoke, Hyuga Kagami stepped before his younger self. "I'm going to leave a mark on you. If that guy targets you at a later point in time, I'll be able to descend immediately."
The young Hyuga Kagami hurriedly nodded.
As a time traveler, he had always been highly receptive to matters involving space and time. With only a slight explanation from Hyuga Kagami, he understood that the threat he faced likely came from some future enemy capable of traveling through time and space.
Using the Eye of the Moon on his forehead, Hyuga Kagami left a mark on his younger self that even a Kekkei Mōra could not detect. Then he said, "I'm leaving now. Wish me luck!"
The young Hyuga Kagami nodded. "Yeah, wish me luck!"
Hyuga Kagami lingered no longer and turned to leave.
The young Hyuga Kagami called out, "Hey, don't get too cocky. Be careful when you're hunting that enemy. Don't screw it up!"
Without looking back, Hyuga Kagami casually waved a hand. "Don't worry!"
With that, Hyuga Kagami vanished into the crimson glow of the evening sky with a whoosh.
