In a small grove beside the Uchiha Compound.

Fugaku stood with his arms crossed, watching the puppet before him with a wary expression. "The Spirit Transformation Technique, huh? Hmph, I never expected anyone in the village to still possess this technique!"

As the Uchiha Clan's patriarch, Fugaku was not thrown into panic merely because there was no puppeteer near the puppet.

In his youth, he had fought alongside Dan Katō and witnessed Dan Katō's forbidden technique, the Spirit Transformation Technique. He knew that it could not only control puppets for a short time, but could even use an enemy's body as a puppet. However, after Dan Katō died in battle, no one in the village understood this miraculous forbidden technique anymore.

The puppet merely smiled and asked, "What do you think of my proposal?"

"Do you think I would believe you?" As he spoke, Fugaku activated his scarlet Sharingan and said coldly, "Tell me, who exactly are you? What do you want from me? I advise you to confess honestly here. Otherwise, I would not mind taking you to the interrogation room at the Police Headquarters Building and letting you experience Uchiha genjutsu interrogation!"

The puppet smiled. "Who I am is not important. I merely want to help your Uchiha Clan reclaim what belongs to you."

"You?"

Fugaku's face revealed the Uchiha Clan's customary arrogance. Although the Uchiha Clan longed for the position of Hokage, they had not fallen so low as to require the help of a puppet of unknown origins.

"Hmph!"

Sensing Fugaku's contempt, the puppet gave an unhappy snort. It then raised a hand and clenched it from afar in Fugaku's direction.

Just as Fugaku was slightly taken aback, he suddenly felt his body being pulled by some inexplicable force, and he flew uncontrollably toward the puppet.
