Fine sand was blown up by the wind. Viewed from above, the Barrow Colosseum was a relatively retro structure. Its overall design was circular, with stepped, ring-shaped spectator stands along the outer perimeter and a sandy arena at the center.
The colosseum's outer walls were made of rock and were a yellowish brown overall. The faint weathering on the stone had not been repaired, giving the Barrow Colosseum a sense of grandeur born from the passage of time.
The spectator stands inside the colosseum were built from uniform black wood. Aside from these basic facilities, high-tech products were used for the details. Details determined success or failure. The care devoted to those details allowed the Barrow Colosseum to outshine the much larger Void Colosseum.
Spectators were allowed to bring high-tech products into the Barrow Colosseum. Those products would not remain there permanently, so they had no effect on the venue's overall style.
