Dragon Slayer Flash appeared in Su Xiao's hand. He aimed at Li's throat and slashed. He recognized her—the silver-haired Girl who had escaped from him before.
The long blade cut across Li's neck. Li did not panic; instead, she laughed. She was neither corporeal nor a spirit, but a clone formed from special energy.
"Long time no see, you Swordman."
Li was the Girl whose lower body Su Xiao had previously shattered with Spider Empress—the one who seemed to fight while "riding a mantis shrimp."
"Surprised?"
Li put her hands on her hips and looked around the room.
"Your treatment isn't that great. Speaking of which, this young lady was beaten half to death by you before. Now, it's time for revenge."
Su Xiao ignored Li and infused Dragon Slayer Flash with Blue Steel Shadow energy before slashing at her again.
However, it had no effect. Li's current state was probably some kind of illusory clone. The energy that made her up had illusory properties. She could neither attack Su Xiao nor be attacked by him.
Most importantly, Su Xiao sensed no danger at all. This basically meant that Li's attack power was practically zero.
"Stop wasting your effort. I have no offensive ability. In exchange for having no offensive ability, you can't disperse me by any means. Even if you could, it wouldn't matter. This kind of clone is very cheap to make, costing no more than a single Candy."
Li laughed, her expression obnoxiously smug.
"Are you here to negotiate or declare war?"
Su Xiao could not figure out why Li had come here with a clone.
"Neither. Oh, right, let me repeat this: my name is Li. Remember it. It'll be your 'nightmare' for the next few days."
"Nightmare?"
Su Xiao did not take Li's threat seriously.
