My heart sank. I was in midair, and so was this Yutian Armored Dragon. Its enormous body looked clumsy and heavy, but to me, its speed was already off the charts. With a few simple movements, it had forced me and the Gale Beast into a dead end. If it came crashing down on us, we would surely be doomed!
However, this wasn't the first or second time I'd faced such a desperate situation. I immediately looked toward the ground, slapped the Gale Beast, and charged toward a depression in the earth below!
The tremendous force of the wind sent the bones, dust, sand, trash, and debris scattered across the land's countless hollows flying into the air. The entire Valley of Death suddenly revealed a surface resembling a lunar crater. Many of those depressions were probably deep pits blasted out by Chu Jiao, and there was even a rocky chasm!
The Gale Beast couldn't land before the Yutian Armored Dragon, but at this moment, it could use the enormous bones flying through the air as footholds and move above the rocky chasm!
Just as I'd expected, the male Yutian Armored Dragon was nothing like the slender female that could fly long distances. This massive beast struggled even to fly downward. It could only leap high into the air before crashing heavily down!
When the Gale Beast used a foothold to leap above the enormous chasm, I pulled it to a stop. The ferocious beast roared and slammed into a huge bone. Then, just as expected, the Yutian Armored Dragon bore down on us and charged straight toward the ground!
