Fang Chen immediately looked up and called to the people inside the Floating Immortal Great Array, "Fellow cultivators, let's move somewhere safer!"
Among the areas Little Crane had scouted, Fang Chen had found a place well suited for a camp.
Building a camp would take a great deal of manpower and resources, but to Fang Chen, it did not seem especially difficult. The greatest obstacle was setting up its Formation.
And Formations were Fang Chen's specialty. He could bring the Floating Immortal Great Array down there and turn it into a temporary camp with formidable defenses. Still, that camp could not compare with the Devil Race's. Their camps held many cultivators and every kind of talent: alchemists, artifact crafters, formation masters, specialists in refining ore...
Fang Chen's group numbered only a few hundred. Though they had their share of talented people, they were still a long way from becoming a proper camp.
Besides that shortage of talent, Fang Chen's temporary camp also lacked a powerful means of striking back. The Floating Immortal Great Array had formidable defenses, but when enemies attacked, it could only hold them off. It could not attack in return.
So if Fang Chen wanted to establish a Human Race camp in the Sacred Land, he still needed Main Cannons with devastating Attack Power.
He wondered whether he could seize a few of those Main Cannons from the Devil Race.
Fang Chen had no desire to unite the Human Race, but he did want to build a camp in the Sacred Land, offer services to Human Race experts, and charge them for it.
"Sounds good!"
The people inside the Floating Immortal Great Array lit up with excitement. They knew that once Fang Chen had settled them in, he would go after the Devil Race.
