When Fang Chen appeared, the Heavenly Seal Saint froze for a moment, then immediately set aside his work. He walked over and asked, "Fellow Daoist Fang Chen, what brings you here?"
Fang Chen smiled at him. "I have something important I'd like your help with!"
The Heavenly Seal Saint smiled. "What is it?"
"I'm preparing to refine a pagoda, a Top-Tier Saint Weapon," Fang Chen said. "But I've never refined a Magic Treasure like this before. I have no blueprints, and I don't know how to design its internal structure. Do you know of any faction that has such a treasure? Could you point me in the right direction?"

Fang Chen's eyes lit up. "That's wonderful! Could you take me to see it?"
