His opponent was incredibly fast. There was no way he could outrun him, so he could only do his best to find a way to evade him.

However, he was also quite surprised.

His opponent did not look like a Taijutsu-specialized ninja. He had not expected him to be capable of unleashing such terrifying speed.

In less than a single breath, that young member of the Uchiha Clan came charging before him, trailing lightning.

Kubikiribōchō's blade was over a meter long, nearly two meters. With the hilt included, it was easily more than two meters long.

By contrast, his opponent was empty-handed. Though lightning trailed from his hand, judging from the situation, the Lightning Release Jutsu was not a long-range attack but a close-range assault.

Even if the lightning could spread over a certain distance, it would never reach very far. It should not exceed the length of Kubikiribōchō.
