Clearing the Field (Part 1)

A Shark Face emerged from the surface of the water.

It was Kisame Hoshigaki launching a surprise attack from underwater, using Samehada to bite down on one of Madara's clones' legs.

Gripping the sword hilt, Kisame said with a humorless smile, "Because you were distracted by the sky and the Six-Tails, you overlooked what was beneath the water!"

Samehada's mouthful of sharp triangular teeth was clamped tightly around the clone's leg. With that pull, it tore the clone's leg clean off.

The direct attack exceeded the clone's endurance limit, and Madara's clone instantly exploded into a cloud of smoke and dust.
