The storm was gathering--

The sea was gradually turning into a hunting ground for the Hunter.

Countless stars streaked across the sky, blazing as they plunged into the pitch-black sea. But... before that enormous vortex, which seemed capable of lifting the entire ocean into the air, even the falling stars could not stir a ripple.

That Giant Beast was not stupid. In fact, it was remarkably intelligent.

It knew that its roar--

That its mental attacks could not cause any real harm to Tsukuyomi Fuyu, so... it had raised the tides and stirred up the sea.

The black Giant Beast swam through the enormous vortex. The vortex grew deeper and deeper, while the seawater around it rose higher and higher.

The Giant Beast's black shadow swam within it.

Its dark golden vertical pupils shone like lamps. Even the occasional glance from them was enough to make one tremble with fear.

Then--

It suddenly whipped its tail and charged, breaching from the enormous vortex like a leaping whale.

Those blazing dark golden vertical pupils locked onto Tsukuyomi Fuyu. The Giant Beast's spread fins looked like the wings of a bird.

Tsukuyomi Fuyu tried to fly higher.

But at that moment... the Giant Beast revealed astonishing cunning.

"Woo--" Its whale song carried tremendous power.

As Tsukuyomi Fuyu tried to rise, she suddenly felt her body sink heavily. Her knees seemed to go soft, unable to support her weight.

That Giant Beast could actually manipulate gravity!

It had kept this trump card hidden despite Tsukuyomi Fuyu's fierce attacks. Only when it could launch a fatal assault against her did it reveal every card it held.
