Wakanda's Predicament / Talokan's Debut

Natasha did not answer. Okoye, standing beside her, directly pulled the trigger, and a burst of energy rounds sprayed from her barrel.

"That's none of my concern, but you have to come back to Wakanda with me!"

"Then give it a try!"

Bucky hurled his shield. Steve, who had just sprung back to his feet, was knocked to the ground again by the flying shield.

"Catch him!" Natasha coldly ordered. The surrounding Atlas agents swarmed forward at once.

But Bucky's familiarity with this bunker exceeded their expectations. He somehow evaded layer upon layer of pursuit and ultimately escaped through a hidden passage.

"Have the people on the surface use satellites to track the Winter Soldier's location in real time. I want to know where he went!"

After giving her orders, Natasha turned to Steve. "It seems your resolve was not as firm as you claimed."

"I'm sorry. It was my fault..."

"We'll take over from here."

Steve had a bad feeling. "What are you planning to do?"

Natasha did not answer. She merely looked up at the sky. "The Boss will be back soon. He definitely won't like the mess Earth is in right now."

"You should all understand very clearly that as long as Vibranium remains a nonrenewable resource found only within Wakanda, America will never abandon its plans to attack it."

"What are you trying to say?" Okoye seemed to have caught onto something, yet not quite.

"International disputes can only be resolved on an international level. Okoye, Wakanda needs a reliable ally to speak for it at United Nations meetings."

"And that can keep Wakanda out of war?"

"I can't guarantee it, but it can at least delay the war and buy you more time."

"What's the point?"
