The Serpent's Counterattack / Berserkers

"I have an idea, but I'll need your cooperation, Thor."

Before Odin could speak, Thor had already pounded his chest and promised there would be no problem.

"Good." As Dane spoke, he pulled a round device from his tactical pouch. It contained a considerable quantity of Pym Particles.

Considering the enemy's size, if they wanted to deal enough damage to the giant serpent, they would inevitably need to deploy a giant of their own.

Naturally, Thor would fill that role, and there was more than enough reason for it.

First, according to the principles of prophecy, even if Thor was weaker than The Serpent in raw strength, he still had a chance to achieve a mutual kill. This was the future Odin had seen by trading away an eye.

That could serve as a safeguard in case the operation failed.

Second, Thor was currently wearing the Destroyer Armor. This weapon, supposedly forged by Odin to fight the Celestials, surely had more untapped potential.

At the very least, resisting the World Serpent's venom should not be a problem.

As long as he could defend against the venom, the World Serpent was merely an enormous snake monster. With equal size and strength, the battle would enter Thor's most familiar domain.

Close-quarters combat.

As the Nine Realms' firefighter, Thor had personally killed countless monsters. Giant serpents were far from the strangest among them.

All things considered, the task of confronting the enemy head-on fell to Thor.

"Keep this close to your body." Dane handed the device over.

Thor casually took it and hung it around his neck. "What next?"

"You might feel a little dizzy in a moment. Bear with it."

The switch was in Dane's hand, and he pressed the button.

Before Thor had time to think, his body began to change.
