Lizard People: The Great Battle

Dr. Lizard did not have as many tangled thoughts as Peter. Now that Spider-Man had exposed his scheme, the key was to carry out his plan as quickly as possible.

Dr. Lizard had already shaken off Spider-Man. Carrying his latest Lizard Gene Enhancement Serum, he headed for Osborn Tower to put his plan into action.

Osborn Tower was not the tallest building in New York, but it housed a company located on the city's busiest street.
