Iron Man Battle

Pepper's guess was not wrong; Tony Stark was in grave danger. As Obadiah left, he used a sonic paralyzer to immobilize Tony's entire body.

While the full body paralysis caused Tony immense harm, it coincidentally helped extend his life for a while.

Under normal circumstances, without the magnet's attraction, the shrapnel would have quickly slid into Tony's heart, and with each beat, it would have propelled him closer to death.

The Iron Man Armor of today was no longer the same one that required assistance to be worn. Tony Stark had developed an auxiliary device specifically for donning the armor. Now, Tony only needed to strike a pose and wait for the device to do its work.

Tony stepped into the donning apparatus and assumed the preset pose. Then, mechanical arms, holding various armor components, moved towards him, covering his body. In just one minute, Tony was fully clad in the Iron Man Armor. After adjusting the various settings, Tony flew up into the sky through a tunnel, heading towards Stark Industries.

On his way to Stark Industries, Tony received a call from Pepper. However, Tony had already located Pepper, and she wasn't far. So, Tony adjusted his course and flew directly towards her.

When Pepper saw Tony Stark descending from the sky, she was startled. But as Tony's personal assistant, Pepper had seen the Iron Man Armor Tony had been researching, so she quickly accepted Tony's dramatic arrival.

After a brief exchange with Tony, Pepper learned of everything Obadiah had done. Although it was hard to believe, Tony couldn't forget the resolute expression on Obadiah's face when he left.

That look was truly meant to kill him!

Tony told Pepper to leave the area, intending to handle it himself, a righteous act against his own kin.

The rugged appearance of the Iron Monger made Tony's heart sink. In terms of sheer looks, the Iron Monger was indeed imposing. It was twice the height of Tony Stark's Iron Man Armor, and a larger frame meant it could carry more weapons...

"This isn't good," Tony thought to himself. But noticing that Pepper was still within his line of sight, Tony responded to Obadiah, intending to buy Pepper some time to escape.

The Iron Monger's heavy body tumbled through the air. Upon landing, it smashed the ground nearby to pieces, and the friction with the ground during its slide produced a piercing screech.

The Iron Monger's shock absorption was clearly not as good as Tony Stark's, but fortunately, the internal space was large enough, so Obadiah didn't suffer any severe injuries.
