On his way back home, Chen Changsheng received an unexpected call from General Ross of the military.

Ross suspected that the Green Monster looked remarkably similar to the Tyrants when they transformed into green Lizard People. Perhaps there was some connection between them.

Therefore, General Ross called Chen Changsheng late that night, hoping to gain some insight—or perhaps technical support—from Chen Changsheng, an expert in biological genetics.

For something appearing in this timeline that could trouble General Ross, a military heavyweight, and was also green, there could only be one Green Monster.

Actually, Chen Changsheng didn't want to get involved in this matter. According to the movie, the angrier The Hulk became, the stronger he grew. In theory, there was no upper limit.

Although Thanos had beaten The Hulk into questioning his entire existence with a set of military-style punches, that was Thanos. With Chen Changsheng's small frame, he probably couldn't withstand even a few punches from The Hulk.

Moreover, Chen Changsheng had already exhausted all his Biomass, and Willow Tree's Life Essence was running low as well. If he encountered such a powerful monster as The Hulk, he might not even have the strength to escape.

Still, being able to observe Hulk from a distance and perhaps even collect some genetic samples was highly enticing to Chen Changsheng. He could use them to replicate and evolve an even stronger Hulk.

As for capturing The Hulk alive, Chen Changsheng hadn't even considered it. His so-called help for General Ross was merely to help him face reality and abandon the unrealistic idea of capturing The Hulk.

If General Ross knew what Chen Changsheng was thinking, he would definitely shout at him, "Listen to me, thank you..."
