Behind the first layer of ventilation glass, he could install a mechanical layer of Bulletproof Glass. This would ensure that the Bulletproof Glass could be closed during a disaster, preventing liquids or poisonous air from flowing inside.
Even a high school student could think of such a simple design, but actually putting it into practice would be troublesome.
Without suitable tools, piercing five meters underground to reach the shelter while maintaining precision would be a massive undertaking.
