Mo Li had made some progress in researching the Mad God. The breakthrough lay in the power of this world he had absorbed; as for his own cheat, there was actually no problem with it.

The Great Source of magical energy from the Age of Gods, also known as True Ether, was the power that gave birth to planets, the matter that composed celestial bodies, the fifth true element.

The Mad God's ability to absorb metal had inevitably caused him to absorb far too much from the Type-Moon World, especially when he absorbed the Machine God Remnants and directly took in an excessive amount of that power.

Because he had wanted to absorb the Machine God Remnants and completely transition himself from semi-science fiction to the science-fiction side, the Mad God had inevitably turned True Ether into the primary source power he used.

The resulting consequence was that he had gained the characteristics of the Type-Moon World, and thus weaknesses that could be targeted and dismantled.

It could be said that Mo Li's efforts against him went as smoothly as possible.

Chaos had once killed this Mad God in a single blow. Mo Li could now do the same with a casual gesture, so there was no difficulty in studying him. Moreover, he had uncovered a trap Chaos had prepared.

Mo Li extracted all of the Mad God's energy, condensed it into a sphere of light, and tossed it into the air, where it hovered.

The energy itself seemed to sense that its unnatural aggregation had begun emitting a peculiar fluctuation. Space, too, began to ripple unnaturally.
