Lu Chuan led Thunder Squad through a Beast Tide mission, rescued a trapped Survey Team, and was left behind in Nether Snake Abyss. He refined a flood dragon’s remains to break through to the Fourth Rank before escaping and rejoining the squad, as the decisive Beast Tide battle approached.

• Lu Chuan gained entry-level Blade Intent, helped Thunder Squad defeat Yun Ying, and collected Poisonous Infant Fruits from the valley.
• After returning to the base, Thunder Squad received a rescue mission in Nether Snake Abyss, and Lu Chuan opened ten of his Twelve Main Meridians while preparing.
• Lu Chuan proposed splitting Thunder Squad between rescuing the Survey Team and intercepting Nether Snakes, then led Xiao Yunshang’s group through the attackers to reach the survivors.
• A powerful Nether Snake trapped Lin Zhan’s group, and Lu Chuan covered their retreat before a giant one-horned Nether Snake struck him into the abyss.
• Lu Chuan found a buried Ninth-tier flood dragon skeleton, refined its crystal core, opened all twelve main and eight extraordinary meridians, and advanced to the Fourth Rank Aperture Opening Realm.
• Lu Chuan gathered the flood dragon’s remains, wounded the Seventh-tier Nether Snake, and escaped the abyss after Lin Zhan and the others had departed.
• Lu Chuan returned to Thunder Squad’s villa, withheld how he had escaped, and heard Lin Zhan warn that the Beast Tide’s decisive battle would come within days.

Lu Chuan helped defeat the Beast Tide, then led Thunder Squad in killing Qiu Limin and Qiu Yufei after Zhao Ling protected them. With Zhao Zhen dismissing Zhao Ling, Lu Chuan and Thunder Squad left the Abyssal Rift for Fengle City, where Lu Chuan prepared to travel to Star Town and continue cultivating.

• Lu Chuan joined the defense of the Iron Great Wall, killing thousands of Fierce Beasts and Demon Ghosts before slaying the Great Peng Bird and helping the Grandmasters defeat Imperial Merchant and the other powerful enemies.
• After the Beast Tide was routed, Lu Chuan reported Qiu Limin and Qiu Yufei to Zhao Ling, but the pair received only minor punishment, so Lu Chuan and Thunder Squad chose to confront them themselves.
• Lu Chuan and Thunder Squad entered Tian Lan Xuan and killed Qiu Limin, Qiu Yufei, and the Eagle Vulture Squad members who opposed them.
• Zhao Ling ordered warrants for Lu Chuan and Thunder Squad, but Zhao Zhen stopped him, removed him as commander, and assured the squad they could return safely.
• Lu Chuan declined Zhao Zhen’s offer to join the Demon Suppressing Army and left the Abyssal Rift with Thunder Squad for Fengle City.
• At Wanchun Hall, Lu Chuan learned from Chen Qingfeng that the Python Mountain Snake Demon had escaped and agreed to travel to Star City after settling matters in Fengle City.
• Lu Chuan persuaded Liang Ya to accompany him to Star Town, then cultivated through the night until his Dantian Ancestral Aperture reached three feet three inches wide.

Lu Chuan uncovered and destroyed a Blood God Cult branch in Star City, then clashed with officials and the Yu Family over their alleged ties to the cult. The arc ended as Lu Chuan led an assault on the Yu Family residence and met a Third-Rank Grandmaster in combat.

• Lu Chuan arrived in Star City, arranged for Luo Yukun to forge weapons from his Flood Dragon materials, and learned that the city’s cult crisis involved powerful political factions.
• Lu Chuan visited Shi Qingning and learned the Longevity Cult had marked him for death, then reported for duty and accepted a mission to investigate the murders of young women.
• Lu Chuan’s team traced the murders to the Blood God Cult, and Lu Chuan stormed its Tongyuan Group altar, killed Liu Bolin and the other cultists, and destroyed its Divine Statue.
• Lu Chuan discovered a vast storehouse beneath the altar, took its treasures with the Green-skinned Gourd, and sealed Tongyuan Group despite Wang Shaoyong’s objections.
• Lu Chuan defeated Yu Chuyuan’s forces when the Yu Family tried to take over Tongyuan Group, then accused Wang Shaoyong of colluding with the cult and crippled him after Wang attacked.
• Mo Shanhe ordered Lu Chuan to release the Yu Family prisoners and leave the matter to his people, but Lu Chuan gathered evidence and allies for an assault on the Yu Family.
• Lu Chuan arrived at the Yu Family residence with Yu Chuyuan and Grandmaster Wan, overwhelmed much of the household with his pressure, and met a Third-Rank Grandmaster’s punch with his own.

Lu Chuan destroyed the Yu Family, fought Blood God Cult and Longevity Cult forces, and exposed treachery within the Demon Suppressing Division. He became Fire Camp Commander and began rebuilding its ranks as a possible conspiracy loomed.

• Lu Chuan and Shi Qingning’s forces slaughtered the Yu Family after Lu Chuan killed its ancestor, Yu Canghai, and they divided the family’s recovered assets.
• Lu Chuan refined a Soul Weapon fragment to learn the Star Silkworm Soul Nurturing Technique, then used a Three-Turn Golden Pill to advance his cultivation.
• Blood God Cult members attacked Lu Chuan’s villa, but he killed them and moved into Xiao Yunshang’s villa.
• Lu Chuan rescued Chen Qingfeng from a Longevity Cult ambush on Mount Xiang, killed the attackers, and suspected Mei Changkong had sent the squad into a trap.
• Lu Chuan confronted Mei Changkong at Fire Camp, but Li Wujiu killed Mei before he could expose his backer, so Lu Chuan cut off Li Wujiu’s arms and left with Chen Qingfeng.
• Su Ying delivered the Division Chief’s appointment making Lu Chuan Fire Camp Commander, and Lu Chuan took command after hundreds of personnel left the camp.
• Lu Chuan reorganized Fire Camp, appointed Jiang Mang and Zhang Mingyang to oversee its squads, and ordered them to prepare for a possible Evil Cult conspiracy.
• Chen Qingfeng told Lu Chuan that Luo Yukun had summoned him to Refine Blade after apparently making a breakthrough, and Lu Chuan went to see him.
