"Really? Isn't that Pass Order only usable in the village where the village chief lives? That's all I know." Uchiha Hiko felt helpless as well. He did not actually know what the Pass Order was capable of.
If The Second Prince and The Eldest Prince had not been there to explain it to him, he might have thought it was nothing more than an ordinary stone, with no special use at all. He would not have realized that its existence brought so many privileges.

Of course, if Uchiha Hiko wanted to act here, he would certainly have to submit to The Eldest Prince's control. Only then could its power avoid suffering any harm.
