Background & History

The Second Prince was raised in the Royal Palace under the Emperor’s indulgence. This left him with little practical life experience, though he fiercely defended his father when Hiko criticized him. As a child, he explored areas of the palace that even his brother had not visited; after being beaten by the Emperor for climbing too high, he avoided returning there. 1705 1715 1741

Initially, he sought to use Uchiha Hiko to help him obtain the throne. He concealed his strength, held grudges in silence, and maintained a hypocritical public face while waiting for opportunities to act. After escaping the Royal Palace, he used an illusion to alter the surrounding scenery and delay Hiko’s pursuit. Hiko eventually recovered him and seized his concealed ice-blade weapon. Under Hiko’s guidance, the Second Prince became involved in investigating unidentified people, the Hunters, sealed areas beneath the palace, and the Mythical Beasts.
