He did not know where the Star Rings had come from, but they were the key to ascending to the higher heavens.
From what he currently understood, the Star Rings should be shared by members of the same race!
For example, there should have been a considerable number of Star Rings scattered throughout First Heaven of the Other Shore, but the Human Race had only one. All humans had to rely on that one to ascend to the next heaven.
It was not only First Heaven. From Second Heaven to Third Heaven and all the way onward, the Human Race had always shared a single Star Ring.
However, the Star Rings were distributed according to region. The areas around a human Star Ring were generally packed with humans, while the areas around an Alien Race Star Ring were packed with the Alien Race.
But what was going on here?
Countless Star Rings had been piled together, and these Alien Races had even ordered him around, as though the entire Eleventh Heaven were their territory!
"Do as they say." Ling Shuang tugged at Luo Zheng.
Ling Shuang clearly knew far more about the Other Shore than Luo Zheng did. He frowned, then followed behind her.
