Ash and his companions traveled through Tsukasa's Aurora Curtain toward Histrum's Babel Tower, where Histrum's plan was drawing in and compressing worlds. The Curtain broke apart before they could all arrive together, and Ash's group reached the tower to find a Giant of Light and four legendary Ultramen battling its defenses.
Ash, the Pretty Cures, and the Four Ultras fought Light, whose unwavering conviction drove him to use the Dark Spark to force humanity’s salvation. Ash joined Light inside his Color Timer and confronted him over his extreme methods, leaving their conflict about to turn physical.
Ash defeated Light in their inner world after challenging his plan to create a future without heroes through sacrifice and violence. Histrum arrived, declared that Light and Infinite Colour had completed their missions, and said the barrier would soon seal the small world away from Earth.
Ash confronted Histrum, who planned to seal the planet and reset the multiverse, and stopped her from activating the Dust Driver. He argued that heroes and humanity should choose their own future, while the Dark Echo suddenly attacked the Ultras trying to contain it.
Dust seized the other half of Dark Echo, transformed into Kamen Rider Dust, and fought Ash while the dark giant tower captured Light. Dust then began a Trinity Fusion that turned the tower into a moving battle weapon.
Dust used [S] to warp the multiverse’s boundaries and fire devastating beams that struck worlds including the Land of Light, Sky Island, and the Fairy Kingdom, while Ash struggled against him. The Pretty Cure girls reached Dust’s clone instead of Ash, and the heroes’ attacks against [S] failed to slow it down.
The Pretty Cure fought Kamen Rider Dust, recognized that his conflict with Ash stemmed from their shared memories and his refusal to accept being a copy, and failed to persuade him to let them pass. Dust separated them into groups and sent the DokiDoki Pretty Cure to face an Ash from their past, while Puka and Supreme Angel confronted him directly.
Ash and the Precure fought Dast and Dark Echo's Rider duplicates inside [S], while Dast revealed how he revived and why he resented being replaced. The battles continued across several fronts, with the girls confronting dark copies of past Riders and Megumi facing Decade again.
The Princess Pretty Cure fought Dark Kiva while Ash struggled against Dust, whose hatred and despair transformed him into Kamen Rider Dust: True Evolution. Ash rejected Histrum’s plan to reset everything and insisted that small, voluntary changes could eventually change the world; Ashu arrived with a device for Light and chose to reunite her heart with Histrum’s.
Histrum merged with the space to help Ash, while the Pretty Cure teams fought Phantom copies of Kamen Riders across the battlefield. Ash drew strength from the girls’ memories and resolve as the battles continued.
The Pretty Cures and Ash fought the Dark Riders, but the two Dusts deceived the girls into striking each other while Dark Echo overwhelmed Ash. The battle turned into a massacre as the Riders attacked the other heroines, leaving their allies wounded and dying.
Dust and [S] erased the battlefield and overwhelmed Ash, while Aida Mana lay dying among shattered mirrors. As Ash reached the brink of defeat, memories of his last night with Mana revealed that he had prepared to propose to her.
Ash proposed to Aida Mana, and they exchanged wedding rings and promised to stay together. In the collapsing battlefield, Ash returned to fight Dust, but a mysterious cosmic light and a song appeared beyond the chaos.
The heroes regained hope as destroyed worlds began to reappear, restored by the wishes and song of people across the multiverse. The song revived the worlds and brought back three legendary heroes, while Ash realized how the plan to defeat Dark Echo would work.
The heroes rallied against Dust and Dark Echo as Light sacrificed himself to restore the wounded and lend them his power. Ash confronted Dust, while heroes from many worlds joined the battle and the story left the battle still raging.
Heroes from many worlds joined forces against Dast, whose control over S began to falter when Ashu intervened. Dast then turned S’s power toward making the battlefield world crash into Ash’s Earth, leaving everyone facing an imminent catastrophe.
Ash and the heroes drew strength from the hopes of countless worlds, then turned that support against Dust and his control of [S]. As the heroes fought to save the worlds and dismantle [S], Ash faced Dust again, while Puka and Primum revealed that they had faked their deaths to ambush the Dust Phantoms.
Ash and the Pretty Cures fought Dust as he absorbed Dark Echo and gained near-limitless regeneration. With the multiverse restored by its inhabitants’ wishes and the others joining their thoughts to Ash, the final battle turned against Dust, though the fight continued.
Ash and the Pretty Cure defeated Dust with the power of their combined love, hope, and life, ending their final Rider battle. As Dust disappeared, he asked Ash to protect the world where justice won.
Ash rescued Mana and the others from the collapsing S, then found Ashu at its core and refused to accept her plan to sacrifice herself. Ashu stayed behind to contain the energy, but Ash returned to Earth alive, where the heroes welcomed him home and celebrated their victory.
Years after helping Amanogawa Kirara achieve her dream, Ash returned with her to the Black Night Kingdom and reunited with his queens and friends. After they affirmed that they were his dream, Ash announced that he still wanted to accomplish something now that they were all together.
