After Luo Li left him, Liu Chen grew powerful enough to reunite with her, and the two acquired inheritances in the Ancient Sacred Abyss. The arc ended with Luo Li joining the Tailing Ancient Clan and Liu Chen returning to find the Great Luo Heavenly Domain contained by three rival powers.

• Liu Chen won the Spiritual Academy Competition by killing Ji Xuan, then learned Luo Li had returned to her family and set out to grow strong enough to bring her back.
• Liu Chen joined the Great Luo Heavenly Domain, helped it expand, and advanced to the Half-step Ninth Grade Supreme realm before the Ancient Heavenly Palace appeared.
• Liu Chen obtained the Immortal Golden Body inheritance and killed Garuda, while Mandala merged with her true body and rose to Earth Supreme Great Perfection.
• Liu Xi arrived at the mausoleum, defeated Nine Corpse and Lu Heng, and helped Liu Chen receive the Heavenly Emperor's inheritance and reach the Earth Supreme realm.
• Liu Chen reunited with Luo Li at the Luoshen Festival, confirmed their engagement, and won the High-level Earth Supreme selection with her in the Son of the Continent competition.
• Liu Chen and Luo Li entered the Ancient Sacred Abyss, gained the Eight Divisions Fu Tu method and the Great Spirit Sky Reaching Light, and helped defeat the remaining Heavenly Demon Emperor Souls.
• Luo Li accepted the Tailing Ancient Clan's invitation to become its saintess, while Liu Chen declined to return to the Fu Tu Ancient Clan and left for Tianluo Continent.
• Mandala established the Great Luo Heavenly Domain, but the Purple Cloud Sect, Golden Sculpture Manor, and Thunder Sound Mountain confined it to the Northern Boundary as Liu Chen returned.
