"Who else refuses to submit?"
Ronglin swept his gaze around, his eyes carrying an overwhelming pressure. Every Marine he looked at fearfully turned away, not daring to meet his eyes.
Only Flying Squirrel and Vergo glared at Ronglin through gritted teeth, but Ronglin did not spare a thought for these two defeated underlings.
Ronglin turned and walked up to a trembling soldier, grabbing him by the collar and lifting him into the air. "Move! Take me to where Caesar is being held."
The soldier shook all over as he tried to turn his head to look at Flying Squirrel. Unfortunately, his courage could not support his intention. Before he could even catch his breath, the soldier fainted from fright.
"Damn it! A soldier may be killed, but never humiliated!" Flying Squirrel roared furiously, raising his sword as he charged forward.
Whoosh! Ronglin vanished in an instant. Flying Squirrel's face changed drastically as he suddenly felt a sharp pain at the back of his neck. Before he could turn around, intense dizziness overwhelmed his mind, and his vision went black as he fainted.
Vergo watched helplessly as Ronglin used a single Shave to flash behind Flying Squirrel, striking the back of his neck with one palm and knocking him unconscious. A chill ran through Vergo's heart. If he continued to defy this man, would his life be in danger too?
With that thought, Vergo came up with a plan. Gritting his teeth, he forced himself to his feet. "Enough! Stop making things difficult for these ordinary soldiers! You want Caesar, don't you? I'll take you there! Please spare these innocent soldiers!"
"Vice Admiral Vergo!" The soldiers who had not yet fainted were all shocked beyond belief.
"Say no more. When we return to report this, I will bear all responsibility alone.
