"No way?" Ronglin had a suspicion. The Pirate Alliance possessed technological devices capable of blocking Observation Haki, and CP0 had such technology as well. Could one of those two forces be tracking him?
Left with no other choice, Ronglin turned and led Jazz through a maze of streets before ducking into an auction house.
