A terrifying shockwave surged wildly from Ronglin's body. That horrifying power swept out like a curtain of razor-sharp air blades, instantly cutting Ade, who stood nearby, with hundreds of gashes. His soft white fur was speckled with crimson blood.
Overwhelming Body!
A beam of dark red light shot into the sky from the dust kicked up by Ronglin's explosive aura. The sight sent a chill through Ade's heart, and for no reason at all, he felt a terrifying presence swallow him whole.
Boom!
A blazing light shot out from the smoke. Ade was shocked and hurriedly raised his hand, trying to summon his power to block it. But when he swiftly lifted his arm... he only saw a severed arm stump spraying blood as it rose. Out of the corner of his eye, he caught sight of the other half of his arm, already cut off and lying on the ground.
How was he so fast? At that moment, Ade did not even feel pain. There was only that one thought, and then his body slowly floated into the air beyond his control.
Ade tried in shock to turn his body, but he found that his lower half had completely lost all sensation. His abdomen even felt icy cold. He shifted his gaze and looked in the direction his flying body had turned, and his soul nearly left his body.
Ade saw his lower body stagger two steps backward before crashing to the ground. Blood and intestines spilled across the ground, while everything above his abdomen was thrown through the air with a trail of blood.
I was cut in half at the waist? The realization surfaced in Ade's mind, and then overwhelming pain finally surged violently into his brain.
