In the office, Ronglin looked up from the documents he was reviewing.
At this point, aside from Kumogakure making a move, Ronglin couldn't think of anything else worth White Fang rushing to the office to report to him.
"Yes."
White Fang took a deep breath, his expression grave. "According to information from our spies, Kumogakure seems to have made up its mind. The entire village has begun mobilizing. Large numbers of ninja have been redeployed, and countless supplies are being transported out of the village."
"Heh heh... Those guys finally couldn't hold back. How rare."
After hearing him out, Ronglin couldn't help but laugh. He had long been waiting for Kumogakure to start a war with Konoha. Ay really hadn't disappointed him. He had chosen this moment, when Konoha was at its lowest, to go to war, clearly intending to carve a fat slice of profit from the Land of Fire.
Unfortunately, some things weren't so easy to take. Konoha wasn't a pushover either. If they thought they could start a war while Konoha was still recovering after the last one and plunder its resources, they were sorely mistaken.
Ronglin would entertain them properly and let them understand just how terrifying Konoha was. He, Uchiha Ronglin, was no Third Hokage. Endure if possible, retreat if possible? During his time in power, starting a war with Konoha was easy. Ending it? That wouldn't be so simple.
If he didn't peel a layer of skin off Kumogakure, then his name wasn't Uchiha Ronglin.
"Pass down my order! The three-thousand-man ninja force is to prepare and set out overnight!"
Since the enemy had already moved, wouldn't it be rude not to make preparations early?
"Yes!"
White Fang left the office at once. Ronglin rose and walked outside.
"Also notify the Third Hokage. Ask
