"Mr. Green, very well done!"
Madam Hooch strode briskly toward Sean, hands on her hips. Even her smile carried a sharp edge.
"You've already mastered many flying skills, but hovering, turning, and circling are all basic maneuvers. Today, we'll practice something different—"
A light breeze swept past, bending the grass of the Quidditch Pitch all in one direction.
Sean climbed off his broom a little unsteadily, only to be firmly supported by Madam Hooch's hand.
"Not bad. Rest for a while, then you'll have to face 'it.'"
With a flick of Madam Hooch's wand, a wooden crate emerged from the broom shed, filled with golf balls.
Sean watched as Madam Hooch tossed one upward. As though enchanted, the ball shot high and fast, then hovered in midair for a moment.
The tall witch who had just been beside Madam Hooch had already vanished, leaving Sean to silently take out a bottle of potion from his bag and gulp it down—he had seen nothing.
Sean put the empty bottle back into his bag. Professor Snape's potion tasted like some kind of fruit juice, completely unlike the thick, bitter taste of the enhancers described in books.
The formula Sean did not dare deviate from in the slightest became, in Professor Snape's hands, something like a Boggart tailored specifically for Sean.
Sean would see a terrifying potion explosion.
Professor Snape, meanwhile, would merely sneer. "Riddikulus."
Madam Hooch naturally noticed this scene. She raised an eyebrow and gave the Young Wizard two extra looks, as though she had discovered something remarkable.
Sean's Flying Skill proficiency had now reached:
Flying Skill: Beginner (190/270) Advance: Proficient Flying Skill, can unlock the proficient title in the flying field
Sean thought,
It looks like the new title will be unlocked within the next few days.
