Draco stared at Brook in disbelief, then swept his gaze over Hermione before finally looking at Harry and Ron.

The hell kind of democracy was this?

"All right, those in favor of Belinda, raise your hands," Brook announced.

Draco had already guessed the outcome.

Though deeply unwilling, he stubbornly raised his hand straight up.

"One vote."

Brook recorded the vote count with great seriousness.

"Those in favor of Fleurina, raise your hands."

Harry and Ron instantly raised their hands, provoking Draco.

Draco was simply outnumbered at the moment. Otherwise, he would definitely make them pay.

Hermione struggled to cover her mouth with one hand to hold back her laughter while raising her other hand.

Brook raised his hand as well. "Four votes."

"Thus, after a fair, open, and impartial vote, Fleurina wins by four votes to one."

Brook solemnly announced the result.

Hermione could no longer hold it in and burst into giggles.
