Samantha never even turned around. The demon that had tried to ambush her from behind found its attack had already missed. More than that, the arm swinging its massive claw had fallen into a world of glass.

"You don't look surprised at all?" Samantha raised a brow. "If I recall correctly, you were the one who gave me the hint for this concept."
Sanders looked at the faintly distorted light behind Samantha and said in a cool, faintly mocking tone, "The original concept was a Glass Paradise that folded all light and altered the ebb and flow of tides. Not this thing before us..."

Samantha's smile froze, and her expression darkened.
Yet Sanders showed no regard for Samantha's feelings whatsoever. "However, Lord Rhein should feel very relieved to see this. His daughter can stand on her own now, so he will no longer have any reservations."
