The clouds and mist overlapped with Demon Illusion Island. Golden sunlight shone upon the sea of clouds, as though a layer of golden sand had been scattered over white snow.
And now, White Bear stood atop that golden sand.
"Will it really be all right for me to come with you? I heard that those who trespass onto Demon Illusion Island all meet miserable ends." White Bear looked hesitantly at Dodolo beside him.
Dodolo's expression was indifferent. He glanced at White Bear and said in a low voice, "It's fine."
Having received Dodolo's assured reply, White Bear let out a breath of relief. Though he belonged to the prophecy school, prophecies concerning himself often went awry. Dodolo was different. So long as he had foreseen something, there was almost never any mistake.
As for Dodolo's cold attitude, White Bear did not mind. Through their time together, he had come to understand that apart from being exceptionally attentive to Angel and showing him a smile, Dodolo wore this same expression toward everyone else. Even before Mentor Maya, he was the same.
Once he had confirmed that he would not be driven away, White Bear followed Dodolo's gaze into the depths of the cloud sea.

The three sights had completely merged into one. Even White Bear, who lived on Starry Sky Island—a place the wizards of Savage Cave called a "wondrous spectacle"—felt deeply shaken by the scene before him.
The cloud sea shifted and transformed, dreamlike and illusory.
For a time, White Bear was nearly entranced by the sight.
Then, a person suddenly emerged from the flowing clouds carpeted in golden light. He was short, cloaked from head to toe in a black robe, with a mask bearing strange patterns over
