Two days later, Angel came to find Leon with the equipment he had finished forging.
The moment Leon saw the set of knight armor laid out before him, he could not tear his eyes away.
"Is this really for me?" Leon still looked utterly disbelieving.
"Yes." Angel said, "This set of knight armor is called the Firstheart Set. I imagine you won't find its style unfamiliar—it's the kind you loved most as a child..."

Looking at the strangely styled humanoid armor displayed on its stand, Leon's eyes held both delight and nostalgia.
Gothic armor was something Jon had drawn when Leon was little, to make him happy.
According to Jon, it had been an ancient style of armor from some country in his homeland. Though it had been many years ago, its distinctive appearance still made it highly sought after.
Leon had loved it the moment he saw it. He had even wanted Dim the blacksmith to custom-make a set for him, but Dim had been dazzled as soon as he saw the intricate armor design. With so many pieces that had to fit and interlock, how could it possibly be within his skill?

Though Gothic armor was complicated, a skilled armor merchant could still make it to order. But by then, Leon had been preparing to inherit his title. Though he still wore armor, it was more often lightweight soft armor that allowed easier movement. Thus, even now, Leon had never truly owned a set of Gothic armor.
Yet that childhood regret had, in truth, always lingered in Leon's heart.
Now, Angel had made up for that regret.
