"What are you still lying on the ground for?" Angel's voice reached Natasha's ears. In her daze, she looked over at him.
"The resentful aura underground hasn't dissipated. That shows the undead that attacked just now were only a small portion. Perhaps even more undead are lying in ambush below, so... do you plan to keep lying there as live bait?"
It took Natasha a long while to react. Did that mean what had happened before had not been an illusion?
Just as Natasha wanted to ask what exactly had happened, a piercing roar suddenly came from behind her.
She felt as though her soul had been brushed by an icy yin wind. The negative aura borne by that wind enveloped Natasha, making her tremble from the inside out, as if she had fallen into an ice cellar.
"Undead Howl!" Natasha immediately realized she had been struck by the Voice of the Undead, but realizing it did not mean she could defend against it. She still froze as before, unable to move. All she could feel was the yin wind behind her growing ever colder...
