Seeing Angel's confusion, Frost gave a brief explanation.
Phantom City was a strange city in the Source World, its full name being "Gruzdaiwald's Phantom City." There were countless wondrous creatures within the city, and Gruzdaiwald had divided these wondrous creatures into three classes of citizens. At the tip of the pyramid stood the upper-class citizens.
"Though it is called a city of wondrous creatures, outsiders see it more as Gruzdaiwald's private menagerie. Its reputation is therefore rather poor. Still, that does not change people's perception: whenever anyone from the Source World mentions wondrous creatures, Phantom City is inevitably the first place that comes to mind."
After introducing Phantom City, Frost added, "Gruzdaiwald is an expert in the study of wondrous creatures. I have heard that he is a decent person, but once he encounters a rare creature, he becomes exceedingly greedy.
