After Angel entered the dream, a full two hours passed before he woke again.

A few minutes after Angel awakened, Toby, his little eyes bleary, also hazily opened his eyes.

After opening them, he remained dazed and made no sound for a long while. Gloria could not help looking at Angel. Although Angel had already told her that this experiment had been a great success, seeing Toby like this still worried her.

"Is he all right?" Gloria asked as she used her mental power to examine Toby's physical condition. The feedback from her mental power clearly told her that there was nothing abnormal about Toby's body.

"He's fine. Even in the Bright Dream, it took him a long time to recover from the fright caused by the Extreme Grudge Intent. Now that he's returned from the dream to reality, the difference in Kormos's dream may have left him somewhat disoriented. He'll be fine after a while."

Dream differences were a concept proposed by a dream wizard named Kormos. It referred to how, after suffering a tremendous shock in the Dream Realm, even once that shock had passed within the dream, the brain still retained a mapped area bearing terrifying memories. After waking, the projection of that mapped area would cause a brief period of adjustment in reality as well.

Back in the Dream Wilderness, Toby had experienced the Heart House and remained muddled for nearly over an hour. Later, he had completely awakened and even told Angel about his experience in the Heart House. Yet despite that, he had become dazed again upon returning to reality. This was a typical Kormos dream difference.
