Time spent resting always passed quickly. By the time Gloria put away Dreamscape Twins, the outside world had gone from daylight to sunset, yet to Shali and Azaz, who had been soaking in hot springs within the illusion, it felt as though only a few minutes had passed.
The evening wind swept over Shali's faintly flushed skin, carrying a hint of cool comfort.
As Shali tidied her disheveled hair, she sighed. "Even knowing it was an illusion, the hot spring's effects were unbelievably lifelike. Even the sensation against my skin felt completely real."
Most importantly, after soaking in the Bathhouse's hot spring, all the exhaustion she had accumulated over the past few days had vanished, and she was brimming with energy once more.
"Who can truly distinguish reality from illusion?" Gloria said lightly upon hearing this.
Shali gazed enviously at the Dreamscape Twins in Gloria's hand. "I'm honestly amazed that an illusion can be so lifelike. Come to think of it, I even met a pair of young sisters bathing in the Bathhouse. It was just like The Real World. If only I had an item like this too."
Angel thought for a moment. "If you want an Alchemical Illusion Realm like this, I can make one for you too. But then the exclusive item we agreed upon can only count as..."
Before Angel could finish, Shali hurriedly waved her hands. "No, no, I was only marveling at it."
Though the Alchemical Illusion Realm was wonderful, Shali looked forward even more to seeing what sort of item Angel would craft for her.
"Enough nonsense. Since we've rested enough, let's begin." After speaking, Gloria turned to Toby, who was slumped into the hollow of Angel's neck. "How is he? Did he fall asleep from soaking in the hot spring?"
