Why don't you guess where the arrow was shot from?
What did that mean?
When Angel left the Infinite Battle Tower, he was still pondering that question. There was no doubt that those words were a threat against Rosen. But were they meant literally, or were they some kind of metaphor?
Angel personally felt that they probably were not meant literally. This so-called "shooting an arrow" should refer to a retaliatory attack against Rosen.
Whether literal or metaphorical, one thing was certain: if that person had not lied, there was a very high chance they would take retaliatory action.
Angel was not particularly worried about Rosen's safety. Sky Mechanical City was an airtight steel fortress, and Rosen hardly ever left it, so his safety should be assured.

Angel shook his head, temporarily casting aside these tangled thoughts.
What he could think of, Rosen and Antonio could certainly think of as well. As the lord of a city, Rosen would surely have measures in place to prevent it. After considering it, Angel felt there was no need for him to worry too much.
Temporarily putting aside the matter of the Budding Believers, Angel flew toward Mansi Magic Material Street. Barring any surprises, he would leave Sky Mechanical City within the next couple of days. Before departing, he
