Star Pool Ruins.
As moonlight gradually overlaid the starlight reflected in the shallow pool, the three observation pavilions scattered around the Star Pool began absorbing the rippling glimmers. The absorbed light eventually gathered atop the pavilions, which simultaneously sent out beams of light toward the others.
Once the beams connected the tops of all the observation pavilions, an invisible barrier, nearly impossible to see with the naked eye, completely enveloped the Star Pool Ruins.
Wallace floated above one of the observation pavilions and used Distant Voice to call to Rhein, who stood at the center of the Star Pool. "As expected of observation pavilions designed by Isos. The spatial nodes are precisely the best dividing points. There are no abnormalities on my end for now. I estimate the impact they can withstand reaches the peak of level-two true knowledge."
Iron Armor Granny did not fly into the air and remained seated within her observation pavilion, her lips moving slightly. "No problems on my end either."
After confirming that the other two observation pavilions could remain activated, Rhein looked toward the center of the Star Pool. Through the real surface of the water, he saw the deep, secluded passageway of another dimension.
Just as Rhein had seen before, there was nothing unusual wherever the starlight shone. He did not see the leather-shoed creature Sanders had mentioned last time either, but that did not mean the passage was safe.
In the pitch-black shadows untouched by light, imperceptible dangers might well have been lurking.
"What are you still thinking about?" As Rhein studied the passage in grave silence, the Tree Spirit's lazy voice came from behind him. "Don't forget, once the Wall of Condensed Light is activated, it consumes magic crystals by the tens of thousands every minute."
The Tree Spirit sounded as
