The first time had caught him completely off guard. He had not even noticed the existence of the Nightmare Light before being dragged into a nightmare. This time, however, Angel had come fully prepared.

At first, both Angel and the Tree Spirit wore tense expressions. But as the seconds ticked by, their faces gradually calmed.

The silent air was broken by the Tree Spirit. "It's been this long without any abnormalities. It seems your experiment succeeded this time."
The Tree Spirit had stepped into the illuminated area many times and knew the characteristics of the Nightmare Light well. The instant one was enveloped by its radiance, one would immediately fall into a nightmare, with no time to adjust at all. For Angel to remain unaffected for three minutes... he did not even need three minutes. Thirty seconds or a minute would have been enough to prove that the Domain Field worked!
"It can be considered a success, but further testing is still needed," Angel said.
The Tree Spirit nodded. He understood what Angel meant. The Nightmare Light outside the door was far weaker than that inside. They now needed to further prove that the Nightmare Light within the room could likewise be restrained by the Domain Field.
