As a fire-element creature, Dangros had never imagined that one day it would come to the stronghold of ice-element creatures. Nor had it imagined that, while it was still in its elemental spirit stage, it would directly face the supreme ruler of Maraya Iceberg.
Now, all those unimaginable things had come true, one after another.
When they leaped up from the bottom of the Meina River under Troisha's guidance, Dangros spotted from afar a layer of ice wedged within the mountain ravines.
Through the crystalline, gleaming ice, it could clearly see pillar after pillar standing within the ice layer. Those pillars stretched deep into the ice, encircling a palace. That was the heart of Maraya Iceberg, the stronghold of ice-element creatures.
Before the gates of that crystal palace lay a vast expanse of snowy mist. Amid the dancing snow, the vague outline of a four-meter-tall humanoid figure could be seen.
According to Troisha, the figure hidden within the snowy mist was Frost Isel.
Although it had known that following Angel would inevitably lead it to meet this "old friend" from the Fire Region, when the moment truly came, Dangros still felt dazed.
That daze continued until Angel actually entered the ice crevice and stepped into the boundless wind and snow.
"Troisha said you wanted to see me? For the future of the Tidal Realm?" The voice was cold in tone. It appeared without warning, and even amid the howling blizzard, its source could not be heard. It seemed to come from all directions.
Angel halted and looked up.
Though he saw nothing, Angel could sense that deep within the snowstorm obscuring their vision, a pair of eyes was quietly watching their group.
"Yes." Angel nodded lightly. "Not only for the future of the Tidal Realm, but also regarding Mr. Feng."
