"Come to think of it, it was all thanks to you. Otherwise, it would have been difficult to even see this notebook."
Seeing Angel's confusion, Iron Armor Granny explained from the side, "All wizard relics in Sky Mechanical City are kept by Antonio. Only the relatives of the deceased, or those who have Antonio's permission, may glimpse the relics' true forms."
Nis nodded as well. "Exactly. Mia's relatives are all dead. I thought she would put me down on the relatives list, but she didn't."
Iron Armor Granny shot Nis a cold look. "Your skin is as thick as ever."
Nis chuckled. "Wasn't that a reasonable guess? Mia and I had intimate contact before, so I count as half a close one."
"And yet you didn't even know when she died?" Iron Armor Granny sneered. No longer bothering with Nis, she turned to Angel. "Savage Cave has a similar mechanism. Unclaimed wizard relics are kept by the Tree Spirit."
Nis leaned in as well. "When Angel dies in the future, he won't need to worry about his affairs. Everyone from the Demon Illusion Island line can help sort through your relics. You have an older brother too, right? You can register your brother's name with the Tree Spirit Lord. Once you die, your brother can come inherit your estate."
Angel: "..." Although Nis was talking about normal procedures, why did his fists tighten the more he listened?
Iron Armor Granny drew a deep breath. Cold light flashed in her eyes, and an innate pressure arose. "Shut up. Let me speak from here on."
Seeing that Iron Armor Granny seemed genuinely angered, Nis immediately shuddered and did not dare act up again. Yet this state lasted only a few seconds before he muttered under his breath, "I wasn't wrong..."
"Shut up!"
