An ancient, rustic gate appeared out of thin air amid a lush forest.
As the gate opened, Angel and Kael stepped out.
Angel had deliberately brought Kael along. Mainly because Kael would be of no use staying by the Garden Maze ruins, whereas if he came to Bilen Tree Court with Angel first, he could at least serve as a messenger. After all, Angel would soon be going into "seclusion" and would certainly be unable to contact the outside world.
