Had the oil painting absorbed the red lightning? Or had the red lightning willingly embraced the oil painting?
Angel was quite curious about this.
He had considered using his God's-eye view to investigate the oil painting, but he could vaguely sense that some unknown change seemed to be taking place within the space inside it.

Observation itself could sometimes be a kind of power.
In the end, Angel temporarily restrained himself. There was no need to rush. It would not be too late to investigate after the final result emerged.
While Angel silently waited for the outcome, the effects caused by the oil painting's appearance had yet to cease.
It was much like when the extraordinary paper page had been born. Electric snakes danced wildly within the Black Cloud, while torrential rain fell alongside lightning. Every raindrop was stained with terrifying electric light. Coupled with the flood-like density of the downpour, it looked from afar as though curtains of water wrapped in electricity were falling from the heavens.
Rainwater and electric light tangled together.
At a terrifying speed, they were filling the entire sunken Crystal Plains.
This stretch of Crystal Plains would likely turn into an ocean like the Polar Region before it, only a matter of time.
However, the sea here would probably be even more terrifying than the previous one.
The earlier sea had merely produced lightning pools from time to time, but this ocean was practically surrounded by electric light... Calling it the "Sea of Lightning" would not be an exaggeration.
A true sea of doom.
Even after today had passed, the electric light within this sea probably would not completely settle
