Luigi stared blankly at the Wonderland notification that had appeared right in front of his face.
"What is this? How did I suddenly trigger a Random Event?" Luigi said. "Is a Random Event a quest? Why is there a penalty?"
If reality could turn into a cartoon, Luigi felt there would need to be at least a hundred question marks over his head right now. No, a thousand.
Only that could express how utterly baffled he felt.
Luigi also noticed that Glaimo, across from him, seemed to have sensed the notification too.
A moment ago, Glaimo had been urging him to hurry up and take off his clothes.
Now, though, Glaimo had turned back toward the thick fog outside the courtyard, muttering, "Travelers?"
Luigi had no idea why Glaimo had received a Wonderland notification too, but there was no point dwelling on that. The sudden Random Event was what mattered.
He glanced at Glaimo. Seeing that Glaimo was not watching him, Luigi quickly put his coat back on and strode out through the gate of Uriel's Courtyard.
Standing at the gate, Luigi looked toward a nearby warped opening that glowed with a faint halo.
The opening was a spatial passage that had appeared after the previous main quest ended.
It allowed Luigi to leave Wonderland and return to the Dream Crystal Plain when he was not following the main storyline. It also allowed NPCs in the Dreamseeing state to enter the Uriel
