If he lifted the formation now, "Call of the Dark Corner" would vanish completely along with the Lightless Expanse.

Should he notify Zuniga before dismantling the formation?
Although "Call of the Dark Corner" had been defined by Wonderland Authority as a negative debuff, Angel believed that, for Zuniga, it was absolutely quite a positive buff.
So, should he have Zuniga come over?
As Angel deliberated, a man's voice rose from underground. "Are you thinking about how to break the sealing ritual? Do you need my guidance?"
The voice sounded somewhat strange, as though its tone had been deliberately drawn out, carrying the clammy slickness of a whisper.
But perhaps because it was separated by the earth, despite the strange tone, it was muffled by a layer of isolation, which somewhat diluted that greasy slipperiness.
"Abigail?" Angel asked.
"It's me." The voice, with its exceptionally slick quality, continued, "It seems Gleipnir has already told you about me. May I presumptuously ask how you communicate using only your consciousness?"
"How should I explain that?" Angel said. "You can think of it as the effect of a kind of magic. If you want to try it, once you come out, I can attach such magic to your consciousness as well."
There was patient coaxing in Angel's words.
Although Abigail did not detect anything amiss, he inexplicably felt a chill creep up his spine. "No need. I was just curious. So it's a kind of magic..."
After a pause, Abigail swiftly changed the subject without waiting for Angel's reply. "Back to the matter at hand—Mr. Mage, are you wondering how to unseal it? Do you need my help?"
