Ms. Gosha paused.
That was indeed the pretext they had used to invite Angel, but it was only a small part of the Instance strategy. Was there really any need to discuss it?
Shouldn't he be asking about something else? For example, the Singers' investigation and analysis of the Calamity Puppet?
Though Ms. Gosha had her doubts, she looked at Angel's calm expression, hesitated, then nodded lightly. "True. The abnormal NPC in the Hero Dungeon is worth discussing."
After that stiff remark, Ms. Gosha did not ask which aspect of the abnormal NPC Angel wanted to discuss. Instead, she briefly recounted what they had done after entering the Hero Dungeon.
The Singers and the Featherwood Clan had done three things after entering the Hero Dungeon.
Gather intelligence, advance the quest, and leave the rest for later.
Gathering intelligence meant using conversation, questions, discreet inquiries, and other methods to build profiles of certain people in the Instance and look for anything unusual.
Angel had seen this through his Box Garden view. At the time, though, he had thought the method too cumbersome to identify a target quickly.
But judging by the result, the Singers and the Featherwood Clan seemed to have managed it.
"How did you identify what was unusual?"
When Angel looked at Lady Roseleaf, she admitted with an embarrassed expression that she did not know. Angel immediately understood and turned to Ms. Gosha. She lifted her porcelain-white head and looked at him. "Because of my special ability."
Ms. Gosha paused, seemingly waiting for Angel to ask.
Angel knew perfectly well that asking directly about her ability would overstep the bounds of their current relationship.
In other words, it would be asking something too personal of someone he barely knew. Once he asked, she would most likely
