Had Angel figured out what the Dark Armor did?
Gray Porcelain and Rabbit Girl looked at Angel in surprise. They had been wondering the same thing: what effect did the Dark Armor have?
More importantly, they worried it might affect their hunt in some way they had yet to discover.
There had been no sign of it so far, but what if it was a trick Nereid had up its sleeve?

"Changed?" Gray Porcelain was puzzled. He had devoted all his attention to the Elemental Field and hadn't noticed anything different.
Rabbit Girl looked equally confused.
Angel didn't keep them guessing. "Before that, every ability it used had a blind spot."
"But once it activated the Dark Armor, that blind spot disappeared. Its attacks covered the entire platform!"
They had interrupted Nereid's spellcasting every time before, so they hadn't noticed the Dark Armor's effect at first.
But they had slipped up just now, and Nereid had unleashed Skyfire Descent.
