After a moment of silence, the Spirit of the Academy City ultimately chose not to refute him directly. Instead, it asked cautiously, "But if we're making such a big show of renovating the Academy City System merely to make things more intuitive or more convenient for catching rides, wouldn't that be making a mountain out of a molehill?"
Angel waved a hand. "Of course not."
"Like I just said, bringing the Academy City System hidden in the depths up to the surface is fundamentally meant to better serve the faculty, staff, and students."
"I used catching rides as an example, but that doesn't mean it's only for catching rides."
"It's simply about making the Academy City System more intuitive."
"And there are many more possibilities for similarly intuitive effects. For instance, if a student encounters an emergency that the Auxiliary Hand cannot handle alone, the Auxiliary Hand can send out a distress signal to the surrounding area."
As Angel spoke, he seemed to want the Spirit of the Academy City to grasp the effect more intuitively. With a wave of his hand, he used illusion to create a flat map of the Academy City in midair.
A large cluster of green points moved through one area of the map.
"These green points represent students." Angel paused. "Let's assume that one of them suddenly runs into an emergency."
One green point abruptly turned red, sending rings of red light spreading outward like ripples.
Above the other green points covered by the red light, bubbles suddenly appeared. A "?" emerged inside them, and then, as if they had sensed something, the "?" turned into a "!".
Immediately afterward, all the nearby green points turned yellow and moved toward the red light.
They worked together to help the red point. In the end,
