Dream wizards were rare to begin with, and those bold enough to roam the Sea Beyond Dreams at will could be counted on one hand. To pinpoint her dream so precisely, a dream wizard would have had to mark and lock onto her in reality.
But at her level as a Legendary Wizard, she could not have been marked by a dream wizard without noticing.
