But when it came time to test the Dream Awakening Technique, Angel did not know whom to let try it first.

Frod volunteered on his own initiative. "I've been a soul for so long that I'm nearly forgetting what dreams feel like. I miss the Dream Realm. Why not let me go in first and scout it out?"

Angel froze. He had never considered that a soul could be dragged into a dream as well.

Frod seemed to understand Angel's confusion and explained, "Dream Awakening itself is a method of connecting to the Dream Realm. As long as thought activity still exists, it does not matter what form you take. Even elemental lifeforms or gaseous lifeforms can be dragged into dreams."

Angel considered it for a moment. Frod had been a dream-aligned apprentice in life, after all. As someone who understood the Dream Realm relatively well, he was indeed the best choice to scout the way ahead.
